Role Description
The Medical Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care and productive hospital operations. This full-time, on-site role is based at KMC Hospital in Mangalore, Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring service delivery across departments, supporting medical staff in implementing clinical protocols, and coordinating between medical,



nursing, and administrative teams. The role involves tracking key performance indicators, assisting in accreditation and compliance activities, and supporting initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and workflow efficiency. The Medical Services Manager also contributes to resource planning, policy implementation, and continuous improvement projects within the hospital.

Qualifications

MBBS (mandatory) with MHA (or MBA in Healthcare) from reputed business school, plus
- Strong background in healthcare administration, hospital operations, or clinical services management, preferably in a multi-speciality setting.
- Knowledge of quality standards, clinical protocols, accreditation requirements, clinical audit
