Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Server Engineers (MCSE Certified) to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime of all systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness
- Manage virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
- Maintain system security and compliance standards
- Provide L2/L3 support and resolve escalated technical issues
- Document system configurations and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field




- MCSE Certification (Mandatory)
- 3–4 years of experience in server administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and networking concepts
- Experience with virtualization platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or cloud environments
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
