Are you an experienced sales leader with a robust network in the hospitality industry? We are hiring a
General Manager – Hospitality Sales
for a leading organization in the premium fitness and wellness solutions space.

Location:
Mumbai

Experience:
8 + Years of experience in Hospitality Sales or Lxury Sales

CTC - 20 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Hospitality Sales vertical across India and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the hospitality segment.
- Build and manage relationships with leading hotel chains, resorts, clubs, serviced apartments, developers, and hospitality consultants.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities and large-scale hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with service, logistics, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key hospitality groups.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.




- Represent the organization at hospitality expos, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business updates for leadership.

Preferred Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in hospitality, fitness equipment, wellness solutions, luxury products, premium building materials, HVAC, elevators, sanitaryware, or other project-based capital equipment.
- Strong relationships with hotel chains, hospitality developers, architects, consultants, and project management firms.
- Proven experience handling key accounts and large-value hospitality projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
