Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform basic network configuration.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems.
