*Roles and Responsibilities**: - Review functional and nonfunctional requirements for enabling dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Develop the standard reporting structure for production use across service lines. - Liaise with SMEs, Business Process teams, and service desk teams to incorporate current reporting requirements. - Create and manage a SharePoint Portal, including administration and access management. - Provide technical guidance during the solution enablement phase. - Promote the reuse of shared solution standard assets. - Enforce adherence to standards, global product-specific guidelines, and usability design standards. - Lead reporting level management activities. - Mentor junior staff on product configurations and support. - Participate in client proposals and demonstrations as needed.
