The media-buyer role is changing, and we're hiring for what it's becoming.

At Zero Penny we've automated the parts of paid ads that used to eat a buyer's week — research, creative briefs, ad copy, scaling models, and reporting all run on our own AI tooling. So this isn't a do-everything-by-hand job. You operate the machine and own the judgment it can't have.

You'll own:
- Running client accounts end-to-end through our AI pipeline — as the operator and final decision-maker
- Judgment over AI output: catching what's wrong, non-compliant, or about to lose money before it ships
- Keeping accounts profitable and alive in competitive, restricted, policy-heavy direct-response verticals
- The numbers (CPA / ROAS / retention) and the client relationship

We're looking for:




- 2+ years running Meta (and ideally Google/TikTok) independently, with real command of CPA, ROAS, and profitable scaling
- AI-native — you already build your workflow around AI/automation as leverage, not a gimmick
- Comfort in competitive, restricted, high-pressure niches
- Reliable, fast, high-ownership — this is a many-account role
