Role Description
The Content Strategist Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun.



This role is responsible for planning, developing, and managing content strategies that support Nextep Solution’s business growth objectives and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include researching audience needs, defining content themes and formats, creating and optimizing web and marketing content, and maintaining a consistent tone and messaging across platforms. The Content Strategist Executive collaborates closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align content with campaigns, user journeys, and platform features, while monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies. The role also involves managing content calendars, overseeing content production workflows, and ensuring that all content adheres to quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
