Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Project Manager to oversee clinical research support projects across multiple studies and regions. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, CROs, and research sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.

The ideal candidate has robust project management skills, excellent client communication, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Manage multiple global clinical research projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and recruitment plans.




- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Client & Site Management
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and research sites.
- Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams to support study enrollment.
- Provide regular project updates and performance reports to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor recruitment campaigns and enrollment performance.
- Work with digital marketing and recruitment teams to optimize participant outreach.
- Review recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to achieve enrollment goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, regulatory, and business development teams.
- Coordinate project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
