We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive online sales, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement across digital channels.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the jewellery, luxury retail, premium lifestyle, or e-commerce industry and possess solid expertise in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, E-commerce Marketing, Lead Generation, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Digital Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, sales targets, and customer acquisition goals.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage paid search, paid social, display advertising, remarketing, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.




- Drive improvements in key performance metrics, including ROAS, ROI, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and online revenue.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, website visibility, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee social media marketing, content calendars, campaign planning, community engagement, and online reputation management.
- Collaborate with creative, merchandising, e-commerce, retail, and sales teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, CRM initiatives, and customer retention programs.
- Monitor website performance, customer journeys, user experience, landing pages, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
