Bandhu4U Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Client Relationship Executive (Telecalling)
to join our growing Wealth Management team.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will build relationships, understand client requirements, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our Wealth Advisors. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for sales and relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Bandhu4U's wealth management services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Wealth Advisors.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through professional communication.
- Update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.




- Stay updated on financial products and company offerings.
- Coordinate with the advisory team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce or Finance preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years
of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Wealth Management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
