Role Description
The Senior Accountant role is a full time, on-site position. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense monitoring. The role includes preparing financial statements, managing monthly and annual closing activities,



and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The Senior Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial data to provide insights to management, and assist in internal controls and audit preparations. This position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supervising junior accounting staff, and contributing to process improvements for the finance function.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, compliance requirements, and audit procedures.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting
