Role Overview

The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end operational management of all Orange Self Storage facilities across Sites. This is a leadership role requiring strong P&L; ownership, process excellence, and the ability to scale a multi-city operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day operations across all storage facilities, ensuring 100% occupancy targets and service quality standards are met.
- Lead a team of Site Managers, Facility Executives, and Customer Service Executives.
- Drive operational efficiency through SOPs, audits, and process improvements; implement best practices for inventory management, access control, and security.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pricing strategies, occupancy management, and upsell initiatives.




- Monitor and manage facility-level P&L;, control OPEX, and drive cost optimization without compromising customer experience.
- Oversee vendor management, AMC contracts, housekeeping, security, and maintenance of all properties.
- Ensure statutory compliance including fire safety, CCTV regulations, Shops and Establishment Act, and local municipal requirements across all locations.
- Lead facility expansion and new site setup projects in coordination with Projects and Real Estate teams.
- Implement and monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics, resolve escalations, and build a customer-centric culture.
- Leverage the company's technology stack (WMS, ERP, CRM) for operational reporting and decision-making.
