We are looking for an experienced PEB Sheeting Checker with strong expertise in reviewing and checking roof and wall sheeting drawings for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of sheeting layouts, dimensions, material quantities, flashings, trims, gutters, openings, and related detailing before drawings are released for fabrication and erection.

The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the PEB industry, solid proficiency in AutoCAD, and a thorough understanding of PEB sheeting systems and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify roof sheeting and wall cladding drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Check sheet layouts, dimensions, overlaps, laps, openings, cut-outs, flashings, gutters, downspouts, trims, and accessories.
- Review PEB sheeting drawings, erection drawings, and shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
- Verify the Bill of Materials (BOM), material take-offs, and sheeting quantities against approved drawings.




- Ensure all drawings comply with client specifications, project requirements, engineering standards, and company quality standards.
- Identify drawing errors, design discrepancies, clashes, and missing information before final release.
- Coordinate with PEB sheeting detailers, design engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Review client comments and ensure accurate and timely incorporation of revisions.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, quality, and consistency before release for fabrication, procurement, and site erection.
- Ensure proper revision control and documentation of approved drawings.
- Support the team in improving detailing and checking standards to minimize fabrication and erection errors.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in PEB Sheeting Detailing / Sheeting Checking.
