We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with production, procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
1. Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
2. Ensure timely movement of finished goods to customers and warehouses.
3. Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch operations.
4. Monitor dispatch timelines to meet customer commitments.
Shipment Tracking:
1. Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
2. Follow up with transporters for shipment updates.
3. Resolve delivery delays and logistics-related issues.
4. Maintain accurate dispatch status reports.
Vendor & Transporter Management:
1. Coordinate with logistics vendors and transport service providers.
2. Obtain and compare freight quotations.

Assist in freight cost optimization.
4. Ensure transporter performance and service quality.
Documentation & Reporting:
1. Maintain logistics documentation and shipment records.
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
3. Verify freight invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for billing.
4. Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward shipments.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
1. Coordinate with production for dispatch readiness.
2. Work closely with warehouse teams for inventory movement.
3. Update sales and operations teams on shipment status.
4. Identify and resolve logistics bottlenecks proactively.
