About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Current Product Development (NPD) Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and launch of innovative agricultural and dairy machinery products. The candidate will work closely with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Sales teams to develop products that meet customer and market requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development
- Participate in the design and development of new products and product improvements.
- Prepare product concepts, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Develop prototypes and coordinate product testing activities.
- Support product validation and field trials.

Design & Engineering
- Create and modify 2D/3D drawings using CAD software.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and engineering documents.
- Work with production teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.




- Analyze product performance and suggest improvements.

Market & Customer Research
- Study customer requirements and market trends.
- Analyze competitor products and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Gather feedback from customers, service teams, and sales teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Service departments.
- Ensure timely completion of development projects.
- Support product launches and technical training programs.

Testing & Quality
- Conduct product testing and performance evaluation.
- Identify design issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Skills Required

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar CAD software
✔ Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
✔ Good analytical and communication skill
