Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Healthcare roles (Allied and Nursing)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for both Allied Health and Nursing positions
- Support clients through Rightsourcing, HWL, and Hallmark MSP programs
- Manage client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain and update candidate and client records in the ATS
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management
- Ensure compliance with client and company policies

Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment, with proven experience in both Allied Health and Nursing roles
- Must have experience supporting clients via Rightsourcing, HWL, and Hallmark MSP
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MSP/VMS healthcare staffing is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases

Preferred
- Previous experience working with international healthcare clients
