The company addresses a critical gap in the lending ecosystem by enabling emergency loans from ₹5,000 to ₹2,00,000, especially for first-time borrowers and individuals with limited credit history. Operating as a Digital Lending Agent (DLA), LoanDidi partners with NBFCs and uses a fully digital, data-driven infrastructure to originate and service loans. Its AI-led underwriting, risk ringfencing, and digital-first collections help deliver faster credit decisions, lower NPAs, and fair pricing for borrowers. LoanDidi aims to build a high-quality loan book and contribute to the next layer of India’s credit infrastructure, with a vision of reaching a ₹5,000 Crore book size by 2030.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Raipur. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain loan products, eligibility criteria,



and application processes to prospective borrowers. The role involves verifying customer details, collecting required information, and guiding applicants through digital onboarding steps. The Telecaller will follow scripts and compliance guidelines, update call records in the CRM system, and coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing. The position also includes handling basic customer queries, providing clear and respectful communication, and meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit spoken English and Hindi and the ability to explain financial products simply.
