Role Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented
Non-IT Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment for staffing requirements across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across permanent and staffing businesses.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate validations.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, ATS, and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and joining targets.
- Coordinate with the delivery and account management teams for timely closures.
