Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Consultant Psychiatrist at AIMAN. The Consultant Psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized,



evidence-based treatment plans for clients across a range of mental health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing telepsychiatry consultations, prescribing and monitoring psychopharmacological treatments, and collaborating closely with clinical psychologists, counselors, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in case conferences, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols. The Consultant Psychiatrist may also support psychoeducation efforts, supervise junior clinical staff where needed, and engage in continuous career development to align with best practices and AIMAN’s standards of care.
