Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive, Social Media at Digital Banjara Media Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and creating content for our clients' social media platforms, executing social media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in helping our clients meet their social media marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- This is a client-facing role, which involves daily interactions with clients.
- Work on curating campaign specific calendars
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate cutting-edge ideas for social media content




- Ensuring consistency of all content with the brand's messaging and values
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Repurposing and optimising content for various platforms
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media
- Travel is necessary for client meetings, projects, and other business purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 3-4 years of experience, within an advertising or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory).
- Experience in creating content for sports is an important advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Action and goal-oriented
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
