About the Role

We're looking for a
*Fullstack Shopify eCommerce lead*

to own the technical foundation of multiple ecommerce brands. You'll lead Shopify development, drive website performance, improve technical SEO, and build scalable solutions that directly impact customer experience and revenue.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and building high-performing ecommerce platforms from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Own the architecture, development, and optimisation of Shopify stores across multiple brands.
- Build scalable full-stack solutions using Shopify and modern web technologies.
- Drive website performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and platform reliability.
- Lead integrations, analytics implementation, and ecommerce tracking.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Creative, and Data teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, and communicate technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders.




- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and engineering efficiency using AI and modern technologies.

What We're Looking For
- 6–9 years of experience in Shopify and ecommerce development.
- Robust full-stack experience with Shopify, Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, HTML, CSS, and APIs.
- Experience leading Shopify builds, customisations, and migrations.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and ecommerce tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have
- Shopify Plus or headless e-commerce experience.
- Experience with AWS or modern cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or payment integrations.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
