Compass Group India is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role is designed for a future-ready skilled who can enhance operational efficiency through data-driven insights, strong system expertise, and process optimization. Unlike traditional recruiting roles, this position focuses on HR systems, reporting, and analytical support to enable seamless hiring operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Manage and analyze recruitment data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.)
- Generate MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and insights to support decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all TA-related reports
HR Systems & Digital Tools
- Act as a key support resource for HRIS platforms and digital onboarding systems
- Assist in system implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization during digital transitions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline TA processes through automation and tools
CTC & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain a strong understanding of salary structures, CTC components, and payroll processes
- Minimize errors in compensation data and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
- Coordinate with HRBP and Payroll teams for approvals and corrections
Operational Excellence
- Manage multiple tasks including reporting, data validation, system updates, and stakeholder coordination
- Ensure high attention to detail in all deliverables
- Support TA team in managing high-volume hiring (approx. 400 hires/month)
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with recruiters, onboarding teams, HRBP, and payroll teams
- Provide backend support to enhance overall TA efficiency rather than frontline recruitment
Flexibility & Travel
- Be open to travel within Bangalore for campus drives, NGO hiring, and skill center initiatives as required
