As Global Talent Management Director & Learning Director, you will lead the design and delivery of global talent practices that strengthen performance, accelerate development, and build future-ready organisational capability. You will support in shaping and continuously improving the enterprise performance management framework, and scalable approaches to development planning and employee growth, as well as lead strategic talent initiatives that align with business priorities. Working in close partnership with senior leaders, P&O; Business Partners, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate organisational needs into simple, effective, data-informed talent solutions that drive adoption, strengthen leadership decisions, and enable long-term business performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Performance Management: Support global performance management framework and end-to-end cycle, ensuring simple, consistent practices aligned to business priorities. Enable adoption through explicit guidance, manager enablement,



communications, and continuous improvement of the employee and manager experience.
- Talent Management Initiatives: Lead and deliver global talent projects across performance, talent, development, and future capability priorities. Translate talent needs into scalable solutions with clear scope, governance, milestones, and success measures.
- Development Planning & Employee Growth: Define and embed a practical approach to development planning, integrated with performance, talent, and career conversations. Equip employees and managers with simple frameworks, tools, and communications that support continuous growth and future readiness.
