Function: Family Office

Reporting To: Group CFO and Owners

Role Nature: Execution + First-level Review with MIS Ownership

ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager Family Office Accounts will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, taxation, MIS, fund-flow tracking, and compliance for the Family Office, which comprises multiple individuals, HUFs, firms/LLPs, and a company, each having distinct objectives and financial agendas.

The role demands strong execution capability, first-level review, and high-quality analytical MIS, with a strong focus on capital gains, investments, capex, fund movements, and confidentiality.

ENTITY COVERAGE

Individuals, HUFs, Firms, LLPs, Companies

Separate books maintained for each entity with entity-wise and consolidated review.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Accounting & Book Closure

a.Maintain independent books for all entities

b.Record rental, interest, dividend, business income, and capital gains

c.Monthly and year-end closures with reconciliations

2.Investments & Capital Gains

a.Track equity, mutual funds, angel investments, and real estate





b.Prepare capital gains workings and documentation

3.Capex & Asset Management

a.Handle real estate, investments, loans, vehicles, renovation capex

b.Track approvals, payments, capitalisation, asset registers

4.Fund Flow & Banking

a.Bank-wise and entity-wise fund tracking

b.Inter-entity movement tracking and audit trails

5.Taxation & Compliance

a.TDS, advance tax, AIS/TIS reconciliation

b.Return filing and coordination with CA

c.Support notices and assessments

6.MIS & Reporting

a.Monthly cash flow (entity-wise & consolidated)

b.Net worth summary

c.Income vs expense tracking

d.Investment & capex tracker

e.Balance sheet snapshots

f.MIS presented to Group CFO and Owners.

7.Systems & Confidentiality

a.Tally / ERP / Excel-heavy systems

b.Very high confidentiality of family wealth data
