About the Role
BR TechGeeks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to train students and professionals on industry-relevant digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in digital marketing execution along with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and mentor students on live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing.
- Train students on SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Analytics.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, assessments, and project modules.
- Conduct live projects, case studies, workshops, and practical demonstrations.
- Monitor student performance and provide mentorship and career guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and evaluate student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Assist students in portfolio development, certification preparation, and interview readiness.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Complete the assigned curriculum within defined timelines.
- Guide students in successfully executing and completing live projects and capstone projects.
- Ensure students gain hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and SEO tools.
- Achieve high student engagement, satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain performance records.
- Ensure timely submission and evaluation of assignments and project work.
- Mentor students in developing industry-ready portfolios and case studies.
- Successfully complete a minimum
