Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the operations of the technical support team at the Network Assistance Center
- As an automotive technical specialist with solid diagnostic knowledge, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your automotive technical knowledge to provide specialized guidance and support to the Mercedes-Benz network,



using the latest digital tools available from the brand.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various technical topics across the full range of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles to identify solutions and provide answers.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the automotive industry, continuously enhancing your skills through training and development initiatives.
- Support & resolve Mercedes-Benz Workshops with any technical issues
- Working in a global team to deliver diagnostic content in time, with the defined quality
- Effective communication and co-ordination with Various Stake Holders.

Qualifikationen

Skills Required
- English language proficiency – excellent written and robust verbal communication skills
- Degree in Automotive Engineering or a Certification in Automotive Diagnostic.
- Experience as a workshop specialist or in automotive development is an added
