The Head Civil Maintenance & Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the civil maintenance function across all MVN Group assets, including schools, the university, and delivered real estate projects. The incumbent will ensure the structural integrity, safety, functionality, and long-term sustainability of all buildings and civil infrastructure through robust preventive maintenance, timely repairs, technical assessments, and strategic asset management.
The role requires a highly experienced Civil Engineer with solid expertise in structural systems, building pathology, repair and rehabilitation, waterproofing, faade maintenance, and lifecycle management of institutional and residential assets.
