Program Execution: Roadmap, qualification, tagging, benefits rollout (Oct–Sep cycle)

Performance Tracking: GEM metrics (Value/NOP), dashboards, insights for leadership

Engagement: Monthly forums, leadership connects, strong FC relationships

Capability Building: Trainings, masterclasses, HNI-focused development

Rewards & Benefits: Manage retention, ranking & qualification benefits

Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with UW, Ops, Product, Digital, Marketing
