The Role
You'll be a generalist on the post-sales Deployments team which uses Runbook's internal product stack to trains agents with real-world, operational workflows with the goal to eventually automate the core work seamlessly. This is a customer-facing role: you're the person who gets our AI product working inside a real customer's business. You’ll learn how customer workflows get done, deploy our AI agents to handle it, and keep fine-tuning until it runs reliably on its own — turning something that looks good in a demo into something the customer can count on every day.
