Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in testing and approval of manufactured beer in-line with the quality assurance objectives of the company and as per specifications from CTC
- To help the Laboratory Manager in day-to-day assignments, which include trials and testing related to production, development of new and modification of existing beer.
- Undertake evaluation of alternative sources for raw materials under guidance from the quality and technology cell of UB.
- To maintain appropriate records of trials, test results and retained samples.
- To follow the technical manual procedure in order to ensure compliance with ISO 9002 and ISO 14001.
- Adhere to safety procedures in-line with the company’s HSE policy. Maintain a safe and hygienic setting in the laboratory.




- Assist is preparing reports and test certificates.

- Checking lab analysis on day to day to take corrective action.
- Testing of raw materials, water, carbon dioxide, air and beer at all stages
- Recording flow of beer through flow meter
- Ensuring people safety at work

Skills
PROBLEM-SOLVING/COMPLEXITY
- It is essential for the jobholder to have a good knowledge of chemistry, analytical skills and material testing.
- Able to operate laboratory equipment related to testing of beer and associated adjuncts and water.
