Hencetek Staffing is a rapidly growing US healthcare staffing company specializing in placing Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and other allied healthcare professionals across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who is passionate about recruiting, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, Vivian, social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.




- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation packages and secure candidate commitments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed before submission.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting Therapy professionals (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of US Staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Vivian, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
