- Act as the primary point of contact for communication and issue resolution.
- Address client concerns and provide strategic guidance.
4. Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
5. Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior management to define departmental goals, objectives, and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
6. Team Development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
7. Stakeholder Communication
