As a
Freight Broker
, you will play a key role in connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating competitive freight rates, and ensuring the efficient movement of shipments across the United States. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure freight through carrier networks and load boards.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and customers.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers and clients.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain operational efficiency.
? Preferred Qualifications
✔️ 1+ year of experience in
Freight Brokerage
or the
US Logistics Industry
.
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
✔️ Hands-on experience with load boards such as
DAT
,
Truckstop
, or similar platforms.
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
✔️ Willingness to work
