Key Responsibilities
- Create
multiple high-quality short-form videos daily
(15–60 sec Reels, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts) using AI tools.
- Write
compelling scripts
with strong
hooks
in the first 3 seconds, emotional storytelling, and clear
buying intent
(CTAs that drive action).
- Optimize for
engagement rate
— hooks, pacing, retention, saves, shares, and comments.
- Produce content featuring family narratives, transformations, health education, and India-specific cultural elements in Hinglish (and regional languages where needed).
- Use AI tools end-to-end: scripting, video generation/editing (Runway, Kling, CapCut, Pika, Luma, Descript, ElevenLabs, etc.), animations, lip-sync, subtitles, and effects.




- Deliver ready-to-post assets optimized for Meta/Instagram ads (vertical format, text overlays, trending audio).
- Analyze performance and iterate quickly based on engagement + conversion data.
- Collaborate with the founder/team on weekly content calendars.

buying intent

(CTA that drives clicks, adds-to-cart, and sales).
- Optimize for
engagement rate

— hooks, pacing, retention, saves, shares, and comments.
- Produce content for key products: Diabetes reversal (DiaControl), cholesterol, joint pain, vitality (DiaVigor), etc., using family narratives, superhero transformations, medical visualizations, Indian cultural elements, and bold educational angles.
