Role Description
The Reservations Executive (Central Reservations) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate and timely bookings across Shahpura properties. The Reservations Executive maintains up-to-date knowledge of room categories, rates, promotions, and packages to provide suitable options and maximize occupancy.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing reservation systems, updating booking details, coordinating with front office sales teams, Revenue Team and resolving guest queries before arrival. The role also involves monitoring reservation trends, supporting upselling initiatives, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through qualified and courteous communication.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Experience in Reservations management, including handling bookings, modifying reservations, and working with central reservation or property management systems.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to resolving queries and ensuring a smooth pre-arrival experience.
- Sales skills, including basic upselling, cross-selling of rooms and packages, and support
