Flutter developer
with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in the
banking/financial services domain
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using
Flutter
- Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and UX teams
- Implement
secure coding practices
for banking/financial applications
- Integrate REST APIs and manage app state efficiently
- Ensure performance optimization, stability, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Work closely with stakeholders and communicate progress effectively
Mandatory Skills
- Solid expertise in
Flutter & Dart
- Experience building
banking / financial applications
- Solid understanding of
mobile security
(encryption, secure storage, authentication)
- State management:
Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX
- REST API integration & JSON handling
- Strong knowledge of
Android & iOS app lifecycle
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent
communication & collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Experience with
payment gateways
, KYC, and digital wallets
- Knowledge of
Flutter Web
or
desktop apps
- Firebase, monitoring, and crash analytics
- Experience working in
