Job Title: Proposal Writer (US Government IT Services)

Shift Timings: U.S. EST hours, approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to develop high-quality, compliant, and persuasive responses to U.S. State and Federal Government solicitations for IT services.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience writing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, task orders, and other government procurement documents. This role requires the ability to understand complex solicitation requirements, collaborate with business development and technical teams, and translate IT solutions into clear, evaluator-focused proposal content.

The Proposal Writer will contribute throughout the proposal lifecycle, from solicitation analysis and content planning through reviews, revisions, and final submission.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Writing
- Write clear, compelling, and compliant proposal responses for U.S. State and Federal Government IT services opportunities.




- Develop key proposal sections, including:
- Executive summaries
- Technical approaches
- Management plans
- Staffing and transition plans
- Quality assurance plans
- Past-performance narratives
- Corporate experience sections
- Solution and implementation narratives
- Translate complex technical solutions into understandable, benefit-focused content for government evaluators.
- Align proposal content with solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, scoring methodology, and client objectives.
- Clearly communicate value propositions, differentiators, win themes, and client benefits.
- Edit content provided by subject-matter experts to improve clarity, consistency, readability, and persuasiveness.

Solicitation Analysis and Compliance
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, task orders, and other government solicitations.
