Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher / Experienced)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply, while experienced candidates should have a proven track record in business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates should have 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
