is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Development Team Leader to lead our development team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

This is a leadership role for a technology skilled who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to mentor teams, drive innovation, and deliver business-critical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Expertise

Candidates must have hands-on experience in all of the following technologies:
- Angular
- React.js
- Node.js
- NestJS
- Python
- MySQL
- AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications.
- Drive technical strategy and development best practices.
- Review code, ensure quality standards, and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Manage cloud deployments and infrastructure on AWS.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Participate in system architecture and technology roadmap planning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
