About the Role
We are hiring passionate and target-driven sales professionals to join our growing Cruise Sales team for cordelia cruise . The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales calls, lead generation, customer engagement, and converting inquiries into cruise holiday bookings. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in telesales, travel sales, holiday packages, hospitality sales, or international sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers
* Promote and sell premium cruise holiday packages
* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages
* Handle objections and close sales effectively
* Follow up with leads and maximize conversions
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline
* 2–4 years of sales experience
* Excellent verbal and written English communication
* Robust negotiation and closing skills
* Experience in telesales, travel sales, hospitality sales, inside sales, holiday package sales, or international sales preferred
* Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage
* Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Compensation
* ₹4.8–5 LPA (2–3 years experience)
* ₹5–5.8 LPA (3–4 years experience)
