Role Description
The General Manager – Sales Division is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading and expanding the company’s sales operations in the logistics sector. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies,



managing key accounts, and driving recent business across targeted industries and trade lanes. The General Manager will oversee sales teams, set performance goals, monitor pipelines, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, collaborating with operations and finance to deliver tailored logistics solutions, and preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership. The role also includes market analysis, competitor tracking, and continuous improvement of sales processes to align with NVGL’s quality and service standards.
