Role & responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physicians orders and nursing protocols
- Monitor and record patients vital signs, medical history, and treatment progress
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate nursing and patient records
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control in the ward
- Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, and post-care
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff for smooth patient care
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
