Key Responsibilities :-

Mobile App Technology Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for the BOBCARD Mobile App aligned with business, product, and customer experience objectives.
- Drive mobile-first innovation and identify emerging technologies to enhance app capabilities, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Mobile Application Development & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end mobile application development across Android and iOS platforms.
- Oversee application architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Ensure timely delivery of recent features, enhancements, and integrations while maintaining high quality standards.
- Drive Agile and DevSecOps practices to improve delivery velocity and application stability.

Customer Experience & Digital Engagement
- Enable seamless digital customer journeys across onboarding, card servicing, payments, rewards redemption,



EMI conversion, limit enhancement, add-on cards, and customer support functionalities.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to improve usability, accessibility, personalization, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback, app store ratings, and digital complaints to identify and address improvement opportunities.

Mobile Platform Performance & Reliability
- Establish proactive monitoring frameworks for app performance, uptime, crash analytics, and transaction success rates.
- Drive resolution of production issues and ensure optimal application performance and availability.
- Define and track key metrics including app adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, crash rates, and response times.

Technology Architecture & Integration
- Define and maintain scalable mobile application architecture leveraging APIs, microservices, middleware, and cloud technologies.
