This is a dual-function role for someone who is equal parts structured coordinator and creative executor. You will manage campaign timelines while actively assisting in overall project management. We need someone highly organised, deeply plugged into the music culture, and fast with modern tools

What we are looking for?
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, brand, or a related field.
• Highly proficient in Excel, Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Comfortable using AI tools (Notion, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, or similar) in day-to-day work.
• Strong organisational skills — you track tasks, hit deadlines, and flag issues early.
• Culture-forward - you're plugged into music, nightlife, entertainment, and what's trending online.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and what positive content looks like on each.
• Good written communication skills, crisp captions, clear emails, and sharp briefs.
• Prior exposure to events, entertainment, or agency environments is a plus
