Role Description
The Testing Technician role is a full-time position based in Gurugram, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home. The Testing Technician will perform routine and specialized testing on electrical and electronic products, verify product performance against specifications, and document test results accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up test equipment, conducting quality checks, identifying defects or performance issues,



and collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems. The role also involves following safety protocols, maintaining test records, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in testing procedures and product reliability.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Analytical Skills to evaluate product performance and identify deviations from standards.
