Responsibilities:

Own and maintain customer-facing documentation and release notes. Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to convert complex technical details into clear, actionable content.

Manage documentation in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring content stays current as the product evolves.

✓ Requirements:

Proven experience writing customer-facing documentation for technical products. Experience documenting Kubernetes, APIs, Linux systems, or AI/ML platforms.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Experience collaborating with SMEs to gather and validate technical information.

Ability to manage new content creation and ongoing updates effectively. Familiarity with VS Code/Sublime/Vim/Atom, GitHub, and terminal commands.

✓ Nice to Have:

Experience documenting hardware, networking, or security. Familiarity with data centre infrastructure or AI accelerators.



Experience with Mintlify or similar documentation platforms.
