About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be heading Finance, Accounts & Taxation
to provide strategic financial leadership and partner with the Managing Director and Board in driving sustainable business growth, profitability, fundraising initiatives, digital finance transformation, and future IPO readiness.

Key Requirements

✔ Chartered Accountant (CA) –




Mandatory

✔ 18–22 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts & Taxation

✔ 8–10 years leading the complete finance function in a senior leadership role

✔ Expertise in Financial Strategy, P&L; Management, Treasury & Working Capital Management

✔ Strong experience in Fund Raising, Venture Capital, Private Equity & Investor Relations

✔ Proven exposure to IPO Readiness, Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance

✔ Hands-on experience in Taxation, Audit, Risk Management & Financial Controls

✔ Experience driving ERP implementation and Finance Digital Transformation

✔ Preferred industry background:
