Must have: Database expert- DB2 / Oracle / PostgrSQL
Skill:
1. Solid proficiency in
RDBMS and specially its usage in application context
2. Good understanding of system tables of the RDBMS Oracle /postgreSQL/ DB2 (UDB)
3. Hands-on experience with
performance friendly queries and related trouble shooting
4. Hand on experience of
Performance Tuning of Java Application – processes / threads / memory etc
5. Experience in referring and analyzing database performance logs and recommending solutions
6. Experience in performance friendly design of Database layout
7. Experience in Database Management in Large volume production sites
