Job Summary

Maa Kudargarhi Group is seeking an experienced General Manager (EPC – Solar) to lead the execution of utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I;), and rooftop solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of solar EPC projects—from engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning, and project handover—while ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of Solar EPC projects.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Manage multiple MW-scale solar projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, DISCOMs, CEIG authorities, vendors, EPC partners, and government agencies.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and overall project performance.
- Ensure compliance with MNRE guidelines, CEA regulations, CEIG approvals, and statutory requirements.
- Lead project managers, site engineers, QA/QC, HSE,



procurement, and planning teams.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage project risks, change orders, claims, and contractual obligations.
- Optimize procurement strategies and vendor performance.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide MIS reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Support tendering, bid evaluation, project costing, and business development activities.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred), Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy.
- MBA in Project Management/Operations is an added advantage.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Experience
- 15–20 years of EPC project experience.
- Minimum 15 years in Solar EPC project management.
