? Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

? Location: As per project/site requirement

? Experience: B.Tech – 5+ years | Diploma – 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment breakdowns.

✔ Maintain pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, exhaust fans, valves, and utility equipment.

✔ Prepare maintenance reports and maintain documentation.

✔ Lead technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.

✔ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve equipment reliability.





✔ Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

? Strong experience in industrial plants, commercial buildings, or facility management.

? Knowledge of mechanical drawings, preventive maintenance, rotating equipment, HVAC systems, and utility equipment.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

? Excellent troubleshooting, planning, communication, and team leadership skills.
